PUBLIC SAFETY SURVEY
This is a survey the Eaton Police Division would like for you to complete and return with your thoughts on the service you received from the time you contacted the dispatcher, until the police officer arrived, and up to the conclusion of the indecent, whether a suspect was identified or not.
We are initiating this program so that information received from this survey may be used to increase the Eaton Police Division's overall efficiency and effectiveness, and that the service we provide will continue to demonstrate the standards of professionalism and courtesy of service we expect our officers and dispatcher to extend to all citizens. The following information can be anonymous.
